HR Generalist
Role Overview:
Reporting into the Head of People, Skyhigh Security is looking for an ambitious, motivated, customer focused HR professional to join our global people team. In this role, you will liaise between our business leaders, associates, and functional teams to provide world-class partnership and support to the organization. Youll have the opportunity to work in a global environment, championing culture and employee sentiment, creating and executing all global data management (including reporting and analytics), all while providing exceptional guidance to all Skyhigh team members.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Act as a liaison between our People team and HR COEs, taking the lead on issue resolution to closure
Owns global people data integrity and quality for Skyhigh Security, including running, tracking, preparing and analyzing any required data reports
Owns people content preparation for Skyhigh Security town halls
Contributes to and produces employment related documents as needed
Identifies ways to streamline and improve processes, making our team as efficient as possible
Coordinates with other functions (marketing, talent acquisition) to prepare content for social campaigns and respond to employee and alumni network feedback
Leads activities related to new hire onboarding, including the development of or refresh of employee onboarding content, processes, and procedures
Supports talent initiatives, including performance management, talent and succession planning, and talent calibration
Engages in employee relations counseling as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience of proven successful experience in human resources,
Proven ability to execute successful project delivery
Solid understanding of US employment law; knowledge of employment law non-US a plus
Good understanding of performance management practices
Track record of successful engagement and partnership with HR COEs
Solid attention to detail; ability to extract insights and information from multiple data sources to create a compelling narrative for the business
Solid ability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word with the ability to execute semi-complex formulas, combine multiple data sets, extract data, and synthesize data into an executive summary
