Marketing Intern

This is a paid Summer Internship. The internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn the marketing function in our organization. You will have the opportunity to learn and engage in many of the duties and responsibilities of the marketing team and assisting with the duties listed below.

Assisting Marketing Leadership with various marketing activities & projects

Create & run reports to segment customer list based on transactions

Update marketing attributes and create campaigns in CRM for export to Exact Target

Hands-on ability to write, design, send, and track weekly emails, and other online promotions

Demonstrate strong writing skills with conceptual understanding of marketing, branding, and direct response marketing

Perform market research, conducting surveys or gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Develop customer profiling based on market research, existing database, and surveys

Updating Customer Database

Contacting potential customers, designing literature and distributing it by direct mail or email marketing

Work with IT to define and run sales and marketing reports

Provide analysis of campaigns and make suggestions for further refinement

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Entry-Level Internship Position no experience required.

Working Conditions: Majority will be an inside office environment.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.

Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
