Operations Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to drive forward the company's most impactful initiatives.

You will play a crucial role in Bowery's newly formed Operations team. This will be a great fit if you want to make an impact while the cement is still wet. You'll be responsible for making Bowery's vision a reality, partnering across the company.

A Lead in Bowery Operations is expected to bring 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations with a strong track record in execution. You will have experience from top consulting firms, startups, or banking. You will run projects and workstreams. A balanced set of skills are important to excel in analyzing problems through to executing by working across various teams. Over time you will work on a range of projects ranging from short term efficiency improvements to long term growth strategy.

Job Outline
  • Work on initiatives to help the company scale and hit hourly billing rate goals
  • Develop deep understanding of the appraisal process
  • Lead analysis into key improvement levers using data and research
  • Facilitate best practice transfer
  • Help create unified roadmap partnering closely with Valuations and Product
  • Execute and monitor initiatives

Job Requirements
  • 4+ years experience including time in a top management consultancy or investment bank. Time spent in a high growth company is a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing complex workstreams from beginning to end
  • Experience in roles with execution responsibilities is highly preferred
  • Track record of driving significant operational changes
  • Experience conducting complex data analysis
  • Proficiency in BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus - interest in developing proficiency is a must
