Summary:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with our vendor partners, the Almo salesperson/SDM, and our reseller throughout the course of the project to manage the lifecycle of project support to help ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Duties will include managing the bid & quote process, communication of scheduling, problem resolution, handling change orders and general liaison between Almo's vendor partners and the dealer. The project coordinator will have an assigned focus on one of the services (labor, content, or programming) but is expected to have a working knowledge of all and must be able to assist as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Almo ProAV salesforce through the execution of the quoting process on projects, bidding and selection of vendors.
  • Act as first point of contact with the customer once the project is sold. Manage the lifecycle of both content and labor projects, with Almo's vendor partner & Almo's customer. This is done by close management of schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Facilitate any change requests or additional work orders that arise during a project.
  • Monitor the project progress, identify shortcoming and propose improvements. This is done through a project management platform
  • Assist Almo sales staff with preparing quotes/proposals as needed.
  • Assist the project managers as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be outgoing and comfortable dealing with customers and able to provide a high level of service at all times.
  • Ability to handle daily issues requiring multi tasking, troubleshooting and problem solving strategic issues and details.
  • Self starter that demonstrates initiative, independent thinking and has conflict resolution skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service related role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
  • General knowledge of commercial audio video is preferred
  • Strong communication skills are required


EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree preferred

COMPUTER SKILLS

Highly capable and experienced in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with AS400, Asana and Salesforce a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend semi-complex instructions, and correspondence. Ability to write semi-complex correspondence and to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations to vendors, customers, and employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Strong analytical and data management skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to calculate profitability.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or conceptual form. Ability to deal with many tasks and issues simultaneously.
