Woodbury Place, located in Schaumburg Il, is located on 19 beautifully landscaped acres. This apartment community needs an Assistant Community Manager who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors, employees and owner. Requirements and Expectations

  • Committed to exceling with a growing and thriving Property Management Company
  • Positive attitude with excellent people skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
  • Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing Laws
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records
  • Timely and accurate submission of required reports and all other required operational items
  • Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy, keep delinquency to a minimum and achieve owner's goals
  • Provide an exceptional living experience to our residents
  • Provide an exceptional working environment for our associates
  • Perform site inspections routinely
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Prior Multifamily Housing experience required
