JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the Transformation Lead & Project Manager on the delivery of transformation projects by leading sub-workstreams and delivering on project tasks in a timely manner by partnering with matrixed teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for assigned workstreams including management and updates to the project plans, assist in business requirement review, assemble cross functional workstreams, manage scope, and actively manage resources, costs, quality and risk.

Monitors and reviews project progress and timelines; adjusts schedules and plans as needed; identifies and resolves issues to ensure project(s) success.

Manages day-to-day execution of project implementations, documentation and status updates for the project(s).

Coordinates tasks needed to complete tasks in partnership with the Total Rewards, People, Finance and other teams as necessary

Facilitates requirements gathering and assists with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.

Identifies matters regarding resources, timelines and formally captures and communicates to management in order to seek support on any changes.

Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.

Identify project risks and escalate to project team in a timely manner, with proactive suggestions on solutioning / mitigating risks

Analyze data to help with workstream tasks (as and when needed)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Degree in a course of study relevant to the department function or a minimum of four years experience in Project Coordination/Management

High attention to detail

Intermediate in Microsoft Excel

Interest in Process Mapping / Process Improvement

Experience OR education in Project Management principles

Experience OR education in basic Data Analysis

Interest OR exposure in working on Large Scale global projects

Strong communication skills (Verbal / Written)

Experience in Visio (Nice to have)

Experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint)

Be adaptable, flexible and willing to learn

Proven ability to work autonomously and virtually with teams located globally

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software and human resources information system (HRIS) and ATS applications. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.

*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Analyst position is $60,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Analyst position is $75,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
