Leasing Manager/Concierge

Job Description We are currently seeking a Leasing/Admin Manager to join the team in our Pyrmont office This position will include set hours at one of our nearby buildings in a concierge role.
Responsibilities include:
All aspects of rental enquiries
Carrying out open inspections as well as routines and entry inspections as required
Processing of Applications and liaising with prospective tenants
Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
Drawing up & assisting with the administration of leasing and property handovers
Other administration tasks as required.
Concierge Duties as required

What are we looking for?
1+ years' experience in Real Estate or Hospitality Industry
Current certificate of registration ideal but not essential
An ability to maintain and add to current policies and procedures to ensure our growing portfolio operates efficiently and effectively.
Experience in Console Cloud would be an advantage.


To be successful you will have:
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
Excellent and professional communication skills
Currently working in Real Estate Industry, ideal but not essential
Experience with Console Cloud software ideal, but not essential
This is a great opportunity, with an immediate start in a small cohesive team
