About the Project
This is an opportunity to join a once in a lifetime Tasmanian Project for the Creative Design and Construction of the iconic New Bridgewater Bridge.
You will be helping to shape Tasmanias largest Infrastructure project while contributing to and growing with a highly motivated, multi disciplined and diverse Project Delivery Team.

As Cost Administrator, you will be accountable for:
Operating the McConnell Dowell cost system for the Project
Providing timely cost reports to management
Ensuring all orders are completed correctly
Collating delivery dockets and maintain material registers
Checking invoices against orders and delivery dockets and prepare for certification.

Requirements for this role are:
Degree in Finance or Accounting. Post-graduate qualifications preferred
2-4 years professional experience working in a similar administrative capacity
Working towards CPA/CA
Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables. Lookup function etc)
Confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision
Analytical and resourceful in solving problems and keeping to timeframes
Ability to learn new software skills
Sound numeracy ability
Clear verbal and written communication.
