Leading, motivating and developing a team of Claims Service ConsultantsEnsuring the delivery of claims settlements and customer service in a timely and consistent mannerMaximising performance in line with Key Performance targetsActing as an escalation point for complaintsImplementing and managing change improvementsFacilitating learning and development opportunities for your team and developing talentCoaching and developing Important to your success
