Join the Customer Experience Team at In2thewild in a Customer Support and Sales Officer role delivering high quality, efficient and delightful customer and stakeholder service. We are looking for someone whhas a positive and nurturing attitude towards culture and holds themselves texceptionally high standards of performance. The ideal candidate will have had experience in customer service, be a fast thinker, is self- Motived and able twork as part of a team.
As Customer Support and Sales Officer your primary role will be tassist guests have a wonderful stay with In2thewild. Some of your key responsibilities will includ

Manage guest bookings
Assist guest organise their escape tour Tiny Houses
Respond tand manage all customer from various channels , , social media etc and manage bookings
Respond tthe customer line / assisting guests with troubleshooting
Respond tand manage other stakeholders such as housekeepers and tradespeople making sure cleans / maintenance is undertaken on schedule
Complaint handling
Working closely with other teams within the business
Working Schedule
We are accepting applications for both full time and part- Time applicants
The Customer Experience function operates 7 days a and entails a mixture of weekday and weekend work
Our office is in Surry Hills and we offer 1- 2 days WFH weekend work can alsbe WFH
You must be able twork on Saturdays and/or Sundays one or both.
Weekend working hours are likely tbe 9:
30am t7:
30pm Saturday with 2 x 1 hr breaks and 1:
00pm t7:
00pm Sunday.
You will succeed in this role if you:

We are looking for someone whis positive, has a passion for service excellence, and enjoys working in a fast- Aced close- Knit team environment.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about our eco- Friendly wilderness escapes!
In order you must possess:

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
Be results- Driven with a keenness tidentify and implement opportunities for improvement
Previous experience in a similar industry highly regarded
Are passionate about customer experience and are customer focused
Have strong interpersonal skills you are a people !
Ability treact tsituations competently in a calm manner and are capable of handling pressure
A natural problem solver with the ability tperform under pressure
