The Victorian Health Building Authority VHBA is responsible for the planning livery of the Victorian 's multibillion- Dollar health infrastructure program including $16. 6billion in managed assets . 8 billion in planning livery. Our work includes planning ilding new hospitals bulance stations, aged care ntal health facilities, early parenting centres, redeveloping existing hospital facilities as well as replacing grading engineering infrastructure.
