Indonesian Language Teacher

Helena College is a non- Religious, independent, co- Educational school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in the Perth Hills, just 25kms from Perth City.
Across two campuses in Darlington and Glen Forrest, we provide a balanced education, developing the whole child through the inquiry- Led learning programme, in the primary and middle school years, and prepare students for ATAR and general pathways in Years 10 to 12.

We are seeking an ongoing permanent part- Time Indonesian Language Teacher to join our team from Semester Two 2022 (or as negotiated), this is a 0. 8FTE position (4 days per week for the remainder of 2022 with review for 2023).
The successful candidate will have:

Tertiary qualifications in teaching with fluency in the Indonesian Language.
Experience in teaching additional languages.
Current teacher registration and Working with Children Check.
Ability to develop and deliver inspiring and engaging programmes for students in Years 7 to 12.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Comprehensive understanding of ?Duty of Care? and place a high value on Child Protection and well- Eing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational ability.
Experience with the Apple operating platform.
Membership of WILTA/MLTA or equivalent.
