Sales And Service Administrator

About Us

Accidental Health and Safety is a first aid kit replenishment business, with an additional focus on health and safety equipment and training. With over 20 years in the industry, our established customer base stretches from Baldivis to Bullsbrook.

About the role
The administrative assistant will be required to assist in facilitating the sales process of the company. Due to the dynamic nature of this role, a willingness to embrace flexibility in roles and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis is essential. Your time will be spent mostly in our O'Connor office alongside 3-4 other staff members and time out on the road making deliveries in the company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Attend to queries and sales in a timely manner
- Create quotations and process orders
- Provide support for sales representatives as required
- Process invoices for sales and service calls
- Deliveries of orders in a company vehicle

The successful applicant will:
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn on the job
- Have an ability to work as a team and manage your workload with other staff in mind
- Have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to manage customer expectations and build rapport with customers.
- Have an ability to manage customer expectations.


- A basic understanding of the end-to-end sales process including quoting, ordering, and invoicing.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role. First aid knowledge is not a strict requirement. Due to our onboarding process, we provide you with resources to understand the fundamentals of first aid products and health and safety in the workplace.
