As an Assessment Specialist within our Joiners & Movers Tribe, you will design and deliver innovative, fit for purpose assessment solutions that enable teams across Joiners and Movers to create engaging employee experiences and drive informed selection decisions.

What will your day look like
Your typical day or week will include the following:
Collaborating with colleagues across different geographies to understand their selection challenges and contexts
Designing assessment solutions for initiatives and campaigns to enhance efficiencies, improve our processes and the candidate experience
Leading key initiatives to simplify our assessment approach and facilitate global consistency in line with our Tribes Service Proposition
Partnering with Assessment Service Providers to ensure that we are designing the best fit solutions
Ensuring that initiatives are clearly planned and that relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed
Providing specialist guidance and advice on Assessment products, methodologies, and practices
Educating our stakeholders on our Assessment solutions and tools
Engaging with the Assessment Community to build knowledge, test assessment designs, and implement solutions
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Assessment expertise (knowledge of assessment methodologies and best practice principles)
Accreditation in assessment tools (e.g. SHL)
Industry knowledge or experience in Psychology or Organisational Development
Experience in leading large assessment implementations and/or change initiatives
User Experience and Solutions Design experience
Passion and curiosity for enhancing assessment practices and design
Willingness to embrace new and emerging digital technologies
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and include stakeholder relationships
Experience in Program or Project Management
Experience in vendor management
Relevant qualification in the field of Psychology or Organisational Development
Membership with professional bodies (e.g. Australian Psychological Society) would be highly desired
