About the Role
One of our valued Project Admin Coordinators is now on parental leave and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated Project Admin Coordinator to cover this period. It is expected to be a seven month period however this may change depending on the required period of leave.

Reporting to our Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information for our Victorian Project teams.

The successful candidate will be organising and monitoring the project platforms externally and internally with the goal of completing projects on time and within budget.

You will also oversee and manage project lifecycle documentation processes for business development through the Project Managers medical device sales, planning, site management and installation management of works across nationally based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the Sales personnel, Operations personnel, National BDM and Commercial Manager on small scale Projects within the nominated territory
Liaising with Architects, Builders and Clinicians on the incoming emails and enquiries and communicates these to the VIC Project Manager.
Monitoring the local tender market and up and coming developments in both the public and private health care sectors and within the medical devices field.
Maintaining the Project data base for current and future project opportunities within the nominated territory.
Supporting local Project Management Life Cycle including the Planning, Implementing, Controlling and Closing phases of the local Project.
Coordinating and prioritising project tasks, managing timelines, maintaining project plans and communicating status to the Commercial Manager and customers as needed.

To be successful in this position, you will possess:
Qualification in Business Administration or relevant practical experience
Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an admin assistant preferably in health care industry
Customer relationship management experience
Strong communication skills are essential
Ability to make initiative and work autonomously
Be able to create and maintain relationships with other staff and stakeholders
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
