Integrated Producer (Junior - Mid-Weight)

The primary role of the Integrated Producer is to ensure all campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully to the highest standards, whether producing the project yourself or assisting other members of the production team on their projects.You will be responsible for the delivery management of projects from briefing through to scoping and development, to quality control and deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximising agency revenue.
Reporting into a pair of Sydney-based Production Directors, you will assume effective oversight and lead on small to mediumbudget projects for the agencys clients. The scope of work will extend across print, design, broadcast (radio and TV), and some digital, providing you excellent breadth in the role.

As the Integrated Producer, you are also responsible for the agencys clients education, e.g., client inductions on the agency delivery processes and other relevant industry topics.

Key output:

Production management of selected jobs throughout their lifecycle, including estimating, timelines, pre-press, printing & delivery, quality control and overseeing through to billing, ensuring smooth and economic flow and level of creative craft
Implementation and management of internal production systems
Supervision of approval process of creative work and cost estimate for each job
Work collaboratively with Creative and Account teams on projects, and educate other departments on key elements of the production process as well as innovations
External Suppliers:Sourcing, negotiating, and liaising with relevant external suppliers to ensure that all work achieves or exceeds agreed schedules, budgets and standards
Financial management, including budgeting, cost negotiation, estimating, purchase orders, approval of invoices, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets


Work effectively with other Heads of Departments to identify areas of integration and encourage collaboration between departments and maximise integration


Ensure all Integrated productions are highly successful from a creative, financial and delivery perspective.
Actively engage and nurture best-in-class creative partners and specialist vendors to ensure high quality productions from production houses, content providers, digital UX design and technical implementation standpoint.

Champion best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all your projects, from briefing to scoping and development to post campaign analysis. This is with a view to ensuring all projects are delivered time and cost effectively, and to the highest standards.
Pro-actively contribute to and help maintain the agency database of best-in-breed specialist vendors/contacts (creative, production and technical vendors).
Assist our Account Leads and creative with dealing with clients on production issues that may arise, pro-actively consult with the Production Directors, and other senior members of the team on the best way forward and communicating the agency point of view.
Project quality assurance - testing and review of outputs, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope, technical and production specs, preproduction documents, and any other associated paperwork.
Assist the Production Directors in managing the production of new business presentations and materials as assigned
Assist the Production Directors in managing the production of new business presentations and materials as assigned
Manage 3rd party vendors and talent on assigned projects - create purchase orders, monitor actual vs. budgeted costs.
Work with the Production Directors and the account team to ensure proper billing and invoicing is being practiced.

Key skills and experience:

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in integrated production
Attention to detail and consistency, with strong proofreading skills
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator helpful
