Job Description
Joining a high calibre team of commercial business intelligence analysts within our sales operations team, you will work on big- Impact business projects as well as providing analytical support and reporting solutions for our sales & service function. The BI/Data Analyst will play a key role in a large- Cale data- Migration project and pivot to support other key initiatives such as marketplace intelligence and operational reporting initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

Quantitative data reconciliation and testing for reporting solutions
Validation of business metrics, logic and subject areas that support answering key business questions
Providing detailed analytical support across various initiatives
Engaging with stakeholders to understand strategic challenges, make recommendations and deliver innovative and insightful commercial reporting solutions (Tableau)
Interpretation and communication of reporting results, providing training related to reporting solutions.
Sound experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, commercial analyst or similar role
Experience producing, analysing and interpreting data to create meaningful reports and insights in a sales, operations or planning environment
Strong professional experience in Tableau dashboard development required
Strong business acumen and experience working with data and metrics related to accounts, revenue, billings and volumes. Experience working on sales commission schemes, marketplace or competitive intelligence highly regarded
Experience with testing, reconciliation and troubleshooting lineage issues with reporting data (experience working on large scale data migration or data warehousing projects highly regarded)
Experience engaging stakeholders to understand strategic challenges, make recommendations and deliver insightful reporting solutions
Intermediate to advanced Salesforce, Excel & PowerPoint, SQL skills required.
