This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and dynamic leader tjoin the existing Coordinator Team, responsible for overall day-to-day management and operations of headspace Work and Study.eadspace Work and Study provides employment and education support tyoung people aged 15-25, helping them treach their work and study goals through a clinically integrated service./p>
The successful candidate will

Have a proven track record in supporting young people with employment and education, managing and motivating a team of staff, and working collaboratively with industry and partners.r>Strong organisational and service management skills with the ability testablish and monitor effective systems tensure a quality service is provided and service targets and reporting requirements are met.r>Have significant demonstrated experience and professional knowledge coordinating and delivering work and study related services, preferably for young people.r>Be competent and experienced in managing, motivating and leading a team of direct service staff.r>Display highly developed interpersonal and communication>
Whwe're looking for

Qualifications and/or relevant experience in a related employment/education/career/ sector
Experience in managing teams, developing a positive team culture and providing stable and supportive leadership
Experience coordinating and delivering work and/or study related services, including experience working with industry/sector partners tbuild employment and study pathways
Service/program management skills
Experience in delivering programs tvulnerable young people, working knowledge of the common mental health issues experienced by young people and a commitment tadvocating for young people
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Advanced computer skills
Access ta safe and confidential space tsupport a hybrid work model i. where you can conduct calls of a sensitive nature and a reliable internet connection capable of videconferencing
