Raine & Horne Unley are looking to add to their team with an enthusiastic and experienced Full time Sales Administrator.

Success is integral to the structure of this business, with the team tripling the property management portfolio in 2021, as well as selling $54,000,000 worth of property, double the sales volume sold for the previous year. The key tasks of the position will include:
All general sales administration support for all sales agents
Reprinting promotional documents
Managing office supplies

Answering calls and first point of contact in the office
Meeting and greeting new clients in a warm & friendly manner to make them feel welcome in the office
Duties for sales support includes:
Entering appraisals into the client database
Entering new listings into the client database
Managing new listing administration from sale to settlement
Communicating with clients throughout the listing to sale to settlement process
Updating the internal client database with relevant information when necessary
Setting appointments for staff
Driving agent suburb marketing by working with the internal Raine&Horne graphic design team to develop monthly marketing flyers for agents
Providing insights and advice on suburb marketing that can be implemented
Providing advice and assisting agents on preparing artwork for local sponsorship opportunities
Provide information including brochures and property lists to sales agents and new clients
Keeping an eye out on our high standards of presentation

What youll need to succeed:
A current real estate certificate of registration
Some occasional weekend work may be required
