Your New Opportunity:
Provide proactive sales and marketing support services and co-ordinate quotations, sales orders and new truck up-fit activities for the Sales Department.
In this role you will:
Maintain Sales Order book information for new sales and close of sales.
Develop and enhance customer relationships.
Raise product sales orders, up-fit jobs, and projects.
Maintain and update costing of progress and final costing of upfit Jobs/Projects.
Raise, maintain and receipt external supplier purchase orders where required.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer databases.
Update key stakeholders on progress of new truck fit ups and expected delivery dates.
Complete Qld Transport registrations.
Manage new truck booking for pre delivery & 3rd party suppliers.
Coordinate and assist where required in new truck movements and deliveries.
Assist in developing new work procedures and policies to streamline the sales delivery process.
Demonstrated experience in a sales or sales coordination/marketing role, including customer relationship management.
Experience with project planning and management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook and other computer operating systems, including electronic purchase order systems.
Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Effective communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge and experience of Penske products and services is highly desirable.
