Let's talk about the role

The Sales Excellence Manager will lead and establish the strategies in managing, evaluating and improving our internal CRM system (Salesforce), dashboards, tools, solutions, practices and processes in driving sales enablement and operational efficiencies within the ResMed Australian Partner sales team.

Your primary responsibility is to design and implement the required processes and methodologies to drive best practice, standardisation and sales productivity at scale across our Australian B2B sales function.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Partner with Wholesale B2B team to understand and identify business needs, uncover process gaps and design solutions to address these needs.

Be the subject matter expert for Salesforce and BI dashboard develop a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and provide training and support on proper use of tools

Gather and analyse systems/data and map out existing sales processes and develop a prioritised recommendation for managing existing processed and backlogs.

Contribute to the design enhancements and enablement solutions to maximize value-driven activities for the B2B wholesale team. You will lead the process improvement efforts to better serve our internal and external customers and partners

Be an advisor to wholesales leaders to drive initiatives that will help our customers and partners accelerate their growth across the ANZ business. You will strategize and introduce programs that will enable our wholesales team to execute B4B solutions and achieve their sales targets

Establish foundations of programs to enable success with our customers and partners

Deliver business insights to internal stakeholders on industry leading research to keep current on trends and changes

Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to design technology solutions and BI dashboards that automate our sales processes. Proactively identify and implement Salesforce improvements and enhancements; and to ensure compliance that is aligned to meet business requirements and to improve the user experience.

Work with Sales Training Manager to develop an Enablement Content Program (sales content and technology platform) to deliver the training and development required at scale for the Wholesales team. This will also include the on-boarding process for new hires

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations management

Prior experience in program management or process optimisation projects across cross-functional teams

Influential written and verbal communication style across different functions and teams

Advanced knowledge in Salesforce (CRM) platform with experience between Salesforce configuration and business analysis. You know your way around Salesforce CRM and have proven ability to ensure systems functionality are effectively aligned and continuously developed to meet current and evolving business processes

Have a firm grasp of the Salesforce security & sharing model (OWD, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups) including understanding object architecture and relationship model principles such as parent/child, master- detail/lookup/junction relationships

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and ability to manage various data sets and databases

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. You utilise data as the centre of your approach to develop solutions

Influence through leadership. You have demonstrated success in communicating and working with people at all levels across different functions and cultures

Strong desire to drive results and is pragmatic in your approach

Exceptional organisation skills. This is a busy and collaborative role that requires multi-tasking. You thrive in utilising technology in improving efficiency in your work day.
