We are currently have a vacancy for anISC Strategic Account Managerin ourInternational Supply Chainteam based in ourMelbourne, VICoffice. This role will be based at one of our major clients and there will be a requirement for you to be present onsite one (1) to two (2) days per week.

Overall Role Purpose
ISC Strategic Account Manager is responsible for:
Support various large retail ISC Customers in Australia and New Zealand, SOP compliance, specialising in the day to day operations, ensuring the ISC Customer needs are meet and account queries are settled. Must be very customer focused and be able to adapt to different non-standard customer requirements as per specific customer SOPs.
Managing Projects via DHLs DePICT Business Delivery Framework which encompasses raising of Project Charters, Plans, Specifications and the management of each individual projects.
Skills / Qualifications
Tertiary qualified or an equivalent qualification
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years previous experience/knowledge of International Logistics/International Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding / Account Management / Warehousing Solutions
Sound administrative skills
Results driven and attention to details
CargoWise system experience required
Able to work independently and coordinate account management requirements i.e. client visits
Ongoing onsite time at customer facility
High degree of reliability and attention to detail
Be a team player with a positive can do attitude
Be results driven and be able to demonstrate strong communication and administration skills
Possess a high degree of attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
