Global, highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Internal Communications Manager to join their collaborative, dynamic team.

Reporting to the Global Communications Lead and Head of the division and working as part of the Global Communications team, you will have the opportunity to drive the creative strategy and deliver an engaging communications program.

This is a critical internal communications role responsible for developing and executing communications strategies for their Operational Risk and Governance division within their Risk Management Group.

As a key member of their agile and collaborative team you will play a key role in providing communications support to the global divisional leadership team and business stakeholders.

You will contribute to the development of strategic communications initiatives, campaigns and processes and support their people to communicate effectively.

You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or relevant
Proven experience developing and delivering internal communications strategies and a strong background in communications and engagement
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills and the confidence to influence at all levels and a demonstrated ability to educate and engage people around the strategic value of communications
Previous internal communications experience working in a large, corporate organisation (financial services or professional services exposure highly regarded)
An innovative, pro-active and creative approach, you are a natural problem solver who is highly collaborative
Exceptional writing skills across all channels and the ability to translate complex information and relay it in a simple, engaging way
