Job Summary:
Our Associate Brand Manager position, plays a key role as part of the Brand Activation Team to help develop, manage, execute, and analyses activation tactics for categories within our Home Appliances & Food divisions. The purpose of this role is to assist with effective planning, vendor relationships, cross divisional communications, project management, budget tracking and general marketing administrative tasks.
With a passion for brand communication and the importance of influencing shoppers for Newell Brands this role calls for a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated person with strong project management skills and commercial acumen.

Job Duties:
Professionally supports our Brand Activation Manager and the team in all company deliverables on a high standard of execution
Effectively manage the execution of effective product launches as the key liaison between brand development, sales & operations
Actively contribute to innovation plans and new product launches
Support the development of internal activation campaigns and successfully partner with external agencies
Proficiently oversee project timelines, deliverables, and the approval process
Professionally measure and analyse ROI of marketing programs and recommend improvements or new initiatives
Be responsible for display and sample development, project management, vendor management, budget coordination and invoicing as needed
Be known for your agile project management skills and thorough execution skills

Job Requirements:
Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
2+ years of marketing and/or general management work experience
Proven success in executing comprehensive marketing plans
Strong skillset in project management ability to work hard and get results!
Participated in new product launches and activation tactics, including managing product portfolio
Strong ability to work in a fast paced, creative and deadline driven team
Excellent communication skills, particularly in building relationships across all stakeholders
Proven ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams
Proficient knowledge of excel, power point and a thorough understanding of management software programs (SAP and Ariba platform experience is highly desirable, but not essential)
