With our rapidly growing business in APAC, we have an opening for a Field Marketing Coordinator ANZ to join our APAC team based in Australia. This role will report to the Field Marketing Manager, APAC based in Singapore.

Plan, execute and optimise for the ANZ region in all aspects of field activities such as webinars, hosted events, trade shows effectively and efficiently
Own end to end project management of field activity including event research, logistics, production, speaking engagements, venue sourcing, internal event briefs, promotion and acquisition, to post activity follow ups
Work very closely and align efforts to the regional sales teams
Generate demand through field activities to excite our audience, build brand awareness and loyalty
Responsible and own field activity plan for the region
Track and analyse field activity after to improve on future engagements
Assisting the Head of Field Marketing with the day-to-day, including lead up loads (modify, clean up, upload), running reports, doing research around shows, etc.

Academic or 2 - 4 years professional experience in executing events or field / regional marketing
Creative and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy, able to work with Salesforce and other tools and systems
Experience working with sales teams would be an asset
Ability to collaboratively work in culturally diverse teams across different regions
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work on different projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel within the APAC region as per requirements
