The Team
Rolling up into product management, this team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of product, the commercial organization, and our clients, to help execute the strategic vision of our next generation Capital IQ Pro desktop.ou are responsible for a successful customer journey to CIQ Pro and touch points that create long term client engagement, driving adoption, retention, user/usage growth and supporting strategic objectives on the account level.his team will develop and execute data driven processes to deliver world class customer experience.our role will focus on migration You will also work closely with counterparts in product management to synthesize and prioritize APAC customer feedback that will help shape our desktop product roadmap.

Responsibilities
MIGRATION focus

Ensure smooth transition for CapIQ clients migrating to the CapIQ Pro platform

Encourage clients to fully adopt the CapIQ Pro platform
Engage with internal stakeholders to support clients for successful migration

Remove any barriers to ensure timely migration meet or exceed project plan timelines

Work together with the account team to project manage the transition plan

Keep all stakeholders informed of status and appropriately escalate any concerns/issues
Execute migration strategies set by the Account Directors

Join high-touch client meetings with Account Teams to help position Capital IQ Pro, discuss value-add and promote adoption

Drive CIQ Pro positioning/talking points to relay a cohesive and structured migration journey to the client

Refine practices in accordance with client feedback, with an emphasis on executing a seamless customer transition to the Capital IQ Platform
Create a planned and timely approach that accommodates the workflows being addressed within a segment/account.oordinate approach with enhancements from future product releases

Engage with ADs/RMs/RM Managers to define migration strategy at book and account level, and map out high-level migration plan for region/segment to achieve migration targets

Partner with Commercial, Account Teams, and Customer Success to ensure all account migrations are equipped for success

Work with migration-focused counterparts e. SmartMove Committee, CMA Team, etc.o develop and drive the overall migration strategy for the region

ADOPTION/USEAGE

Drive continuous service improvement with ultimate goal/focus of product adoption and usage growth
Evolve the profiles on accounts including all affiliations, geographic presence, and business interests through Sales Force

Educate and spread awareness within the client-base about our capabilities to increase usage, leveraging the knowledge of product specialists Increase adoption/usage by focusing on distinct users to increase usage and overall increase in number of users

Provide platform, product functionality and new release training on-site or virtually specific to a user job function and gather client feedback to support product enhancements

Ongoing learning, and deepening that knowledge, of the suite of products and services offered and ongoing enhancements and new offerings andsho w they relate to customers
Understand customer business and market trends and suggest ways to help clients address them through education on the product and/or connecting them with the right people internally to address those needs

Champion enhancement requests from clients and work with APAC product partners to prioritize feedback, as a launching point for internal escalations and new product initiatives

Leverage internal sales tools to optimize client engagement, eg.RM and Cadence systems
What Were Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Finance, Economics or related field preferred

Strong MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills are required

Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams
Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and concise manner

Problem solving skills to bridge our product solutions to client persona workflows and requirements

Goal and action orientated, with ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years work experience 2 years of experience in financial services industry and/or in a sales/account management role preferred

Any knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, SalesLoft or research platforms would be advantageous

Strong knowledge of Capital IQ, Capital IQ Pro

Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Ideally experienced in a consultative sales or a client facing role inside sales, prospecting, sales support, customer support and in dealing with challenging situations
