INSKA is an ambitious B2B Digital Growth Marketing agency and is looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Account Manager - Digital Marketing who has experience working with B2B industry, backed by an in-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role its most important that are prepared to invest into understanding deeply our clients Strategic Objectives, Marketing Plans and specific Industry and Market Sector, along with the dynamics of how those markets operate. You will be working closely with the clients to develop fully customized marketing projects and campaigns while bringing your creative thinking to the task.

Utilizing your ideas & experience to drive true digital & campaign performance outcomes, by delivering high-quality, top presentation marketing and digital campaign results, while resourcing from our tight-knit team of creative and digital specialists.

You can be based in Australia or New Zealand to ensure you connect with clients during their working hours. This role is ideal if you have solid experience in the digital industry and previous account management roles covering full digital marketing capability, from concept to planning to campaign launch, forensic reviewing, analysis and optimizing- leaving no stone left unturned. Your eye for detail and industry-specific marketing is backed up with excellent communication skills to take the client along the journey of delivering tangible results for every successful digital campaign. Our clients are B2B, many with a longer marketing & sales cycle given high value, larger capex products & solutions.

$85,000 - $110,000 + Super

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Client facing experience with strong presentation skills and exceptional customer experience
Prepared to invest time and interest into our clients, to deeply understand their markets, audiences, industry and strategic objectives
Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport
Confidence to deliver updates, strategy, and advice to clients
Strategize with our team of digital marketing specialists to plan and optimize campaigns.
Effectively manage multiple budgets running across display, social, and video campaigns.
Develop and implement optimization strategies to deliver the clients desired results.
Manage multiple campaigns and conduct daily pacing, tracking, analysis, and recommendations for improving performance and hitting campaign targets.
Assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns, including generating tags or passing on publisher tags.
Manage the creation, visualization, and accuracy of reporting.
