Insurance Consultant

Job Description

What you will be doing:
Facilitate online and phone enquiries, providing a positive experience for all
Contact, establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to manage policy renewals
Educate clients about the available insurance products, to help each client gain a full understanding of their options
Responsible to achieve realistic monthly targets
Maintain accurate records, documentation and generation of quotes
Collaborate effectively with your team & other departments so clients experience an efficient and accurate application process

Youll have attention to detail & planning skills. Youre proactive approach with a focus on the clients needs in every interaction- will see you earn attractive commission. Were after individuals with outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to build good rapport with people. You will follow our compliance guidelines and be self-motivated, eager to learn, proactive and persistent.
