What does it take to become a Civican?

This role will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through the advancement of a sustainable service model in a particular area of specialty (i.e. revenue, payroll) knowledge. You will lead a virtual team as people rotate in and out of the Practice programmes to share and spread the knowledge and experience

5 years minimum experience within a subject matter and ideally with Civicas Authority software
Working knowledge of LanDesk and PowerBI tools
Professional and engaging manner in customer interactions
Experience delivering internal or customer training

A day in the life

As a Practice Lead you will be the SME that will Assess the LG teams skill and capability in the specialty area in order to produce a knowledge growth plan for Practice participants. Engage with Consulting and Training Leads to evolve and maintain customer collateral and build a certification programme. You will also have ownership of SME areas on the Customer Portal to further enhance the customer experience and the value of the portal.
