Currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist / front office manager for our highly successful real estate Agency located on the Northern Beaches. We require an eager individual with immaculate personal presentation, exceptional phone manner, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Successful applicants must have:
Sound all round computer skills including word, excel, outlook/internet
Prior reception experience A MUST
The desire to work as part of a team and always be willing to participate
An eagerness to learn
Outstanding customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail and good analytical skills
High level of interpersonal and written communication skills
Be enthusiastic and work well with conflicting priorities
A warm and welcoming manner
Excellent time management skills
A self-starter with a can do attitude
Reliable, highly organised and punctual!

Your duties will include:

Owning our reception area and becoming our Director of First Impressions
Ensuring exceptional presentation of the office at all times
First point of contact for all client enquiries
Email and correspondence management
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Incoming and outgoing mail management
General administrative duties
Distribution of property keys as required
Arrange office repairs and maintenance
Ordering stationery / office supplies
Daily administrative support to the sales, property management and operational teams
Ensure meeting rooms, reception and kitchen areas are clean and tidy at all times
Assisting with marketing
A strong right hand to the General Manager

Experience required:

Qualification needed: Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent This is a must
