About the opportunity
Exciting time to join this Medical Device company in a growing team. In your customer service role you will be well supported by the Customer Service Lead and be working as part of an established team.You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. In your new Customer Service job you will be talking direct to surgeons and hospitals, processing orders for medical devices. You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.

Your daily duties would include:
Data entry and processing order
Maintaining relationships with doctors and hospitals
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders via email and telephone
Skills and Experience
Experience in a Customer Service role - ideally in Healthcare or FMCG but not essential
Science Graduate with Call centre experience
Strong communication skills
Computer literate with experience with ERP systems/order processing
Fast and accurate data entry
