Penrith Panthers are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and customer focused individual to join their friendly team.
Located in the heart of Penrith, across the road from Panthers Stadium, Panthers Penrith is your world of entertainment, boasting 11 restaurants, 7 bars, multiple functions, meeting and event rooms, including EVAN Theatre, our world-class 900 seat theatre that attracts International and Australian music artists.
Were also home to a myriad of fun and games such as Timezone Arcade as well as Aqua Golf, the adrenalin pumping iFLY Indoor Skydiving and Cables Wake Boarding Park. We also have the Mercure Hotel Penrith, with 223 rooms.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic team player with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at Kellys while managing the day-to-day operations in our restaurant. Thriving in a fast-paced team environment, you will lead, motivate and develop the team and inspire them to deliver an exceptional customer experience while also ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
Daily shift and staff management;
Completing Daily Shift Reports;
Performance management of staff;
Ensuring the success and cohesion of the team;
Creating and managing rosters as well as approving leave and availability requests;
Daily cash reconciliation and processing;
Stock Ordering and effective replenishment of products;
Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times;
Assisting and resolving employee and customer enquiries;
Taking customer orders and cash handling;
Food and beverage service including, barista, desserts and basic food preparation including making sandwiches and plating food;
General cleaning duties including maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous 2 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry;
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
RSA and RCG Certificates;
High standard of personal grooming and;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
You demonstrate strong work ethic and have the ability to motivate and encourage those around you with your positive approach and friendly personality. You will take pride in your appearance, your workplace and your team. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
