About the role:

This role will build and lead a global mobility function for the NCS Group in Australia. It'll partner will teams across APAC and play an important part in our commercial and delivery strategy. This includes assessing and evolving the service delivery model to optimise cost, service levels, scalability, compliance and robust governance frameworks.

Working closely with teams within NCS and Singtel in Global Mobility, Corporate Tax, Legal and Payroll, the role will drive business priorities, a consistent approach and promote a common understanding of global mobility policies, processes, and practices. It will also advise and coach leaders on global mobility topics, opportunities, costs, and risks.

Furthermore, the role will equip decision-makers with timely guidance and solutions that demonstrate exceptional business acumen, mobility expertise and insight into the needs and interests of our talent.

About You:
Extensive global mobility management experience particularly across the APAC region
The ability to work and thrive in a highly ambiguous environment with evolving responsibilities
Extensive experience managing delivery of mobility (immigration, assignment, relocation, business travel, remote working) services
Expertise in a breadth of global mobility practices, legalities, and policies across multiple countries, including significant immigration and taxation technical expertise for several countries in the region
Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills working with a diverse and dynamic group of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pragmatic solutions
Strong organisational skills, including balancing the completion of several competing priorities, attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines.
Self-motivated working style with a sense of ownership and accountability to deliver strong regional results
