Position Summary

A real estate marketing manager has the responsibility of assisting the leadership in the formulation
of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and cost of projects based on market feedback and

As a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating, agreeing, and executing marketing
stories that support the acquisition of new sales pipelines. Establishing, promoting, and maintaining
the companys brand to generate business is essential.
He/She will need to be aware of all acquisition-related marketing activities to ensure best practices
and efficiently cover the projects. The marketing manager will work closely with leadership to define
the marketing strategy of the company and its projects and implement the marketing strategy by
proposing a marketing/business development plan and executing them. Additionally, this role is the
critical bridge between project development team and the sales/business development team. The
marketing manager will make sure that all the most competitive aspects of each project will be
appealingly presented in marketing/sales materials which will be effectively executed by the
sales/business development activities.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Work with senior leadership to develop and define the branding tone of the company. And supervise the alignment of all future campaign to the brand image.
Define and propose detailed and practical marketing plans with leadership, project development department and business development team.
Execute defined marketing strategy with a high standard of professionalism by proposing
detailed plans to achieve strategical targets i.e. increasing brand awareness in all publicly available marketing channels, and seeking external partners to publish promotional materials
Manage marketing projects including relationship marketing with existing clients, establishing and maintaining highly efficient work relationships with all external partners and monitoring all ongoing marketing campaigns.
Own all marketing campaigns and deliver all marketing digital and printable creatives.
Develop marketing budget with leadership and operate within budget. Making timely reports of budget updates for leadership.
Acting as a critical member of the company's public relationship promoter by working closely with leadership and external partners/stakeholders.
Acting as an essential member of business development and interpreting product information into high-quality appealing and competitive marketing materials in a timely manner.
Initiate marketing data project by proposing an effective marketing intelligence program which covers marketing/sales data monitoring, collection, and analytics.
Work closely with admin team to make sure all marketing activities are legally compliant to all existing compliance requirements for Australian real-estate industry. And establish a inhouse compliance framework for future marketing activities


Degree-qualified or possesses marketing qualification (Advantageous)Experience of marketing in the property or professional services sectors, sales, business development and/or relationship management
Love and passion for making impactful changes through practical/creative marketing plans.
Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications, and PR experience in relevant industry
Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
Sophisticated taste in marketing creatives design accumulated through extensive experiences in designing/conceptualizing/managing campaigns
Thorough understanding about the landscape of Australian real-estate market
Experience managing multiple internal/external stakeholders
Exceptional command of the English/Chinese language (verbal and written)
Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills
Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and
knowledge of branding and design principles
Extensive experience in digital art design, and previous artworks are highly preferable
Hands-on experience of web-analytic tools such as SEMRush, Ahref is a plus
Hands-on experience or thorough understanding of digital campaign tracking techniques
Creative and able to recommend new approaches to deliver effective marketing
Strong social media skills as well as website design and ability to write web content
High preference will be given to digital marketing specialists with Data base capacity (SQL, tableau, Power BI) and popular marketing platforms experiences (Hubspot, Marketo, etc)
Practical, efficient, and respectful communicator, with a servant mindset when working
with internal and external stakeholders.
