Working closely with the Office Manager, your previous Reception experience will see you hit the ground running whilst learning all facets of the legal industry. Your highly organised and proactive self will see you supporting the firm with your day to day responsibilities including:
Reception duties, including greeting clients, answering calls etc.
Maintaining the reception area
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing board rooms for meetings
Kitchen duties, including making coffee/team for clients
Event management
Assisting the Office Manager with PA duties
To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold 12 months' experience within legal or professional services.You will be a an enthusiastic person with a flexible attitude and solid administrative skills and be seeking to advance your career in the legal support space long-term.
