Project Coordiantor

Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Technical Projects Services, you will:

Maintain schedules - ensure regular and timely update of project schedules
Perform cost and budget reporting - collate cost data from in-house systems, format, and provide report to PM's
Update and maintain project risk reports - collate project risk register data , format & present the information
Prepare governance material - collate relevant material, format & provide to PM's and leadership
Prepare project reports - regular updating of project data & project reports
Administer and manage Momentum - weekly momentum reporting, system administration, working with leaders and PMO's on Momentum initiatives.
Assist with preparation of leadership meetings and workshops
Ad hoc preparation of presentation materials
Work with Group Technical project professionals and leaders to ensure that ensure that project data, reports and costs are up to date.
Provide document control support to projects as required
