Analyst, Tax Advisory
Your new role
The growing Tax Advisory group have specialists in all relevant areas of taxation law, supported by a large team of experienced professionals who can manage any issues regardless of size or complexity.
The diverse spread of advice you will provide could relate to income taxes, capital gains taxes and corporate taxes in the context of structuring transactions and/or organisations to appropriately manage their taxation affairs. There is ample opportunity to grow and develop your tax career with this practice.
This is a varied role, responsibilities will include;
Tax compliance, advice and assistance on a range of issues
Cultivate and manage successful client relationships including through ongoing compliance
Work closely with a range of partners and managers
Attend technical and soft-skills training
We actively encourage and support post graduate studies and recognise hard work through our time in lieu leave arrangements. In addition, you will be mentored by senior experts within the group and participate in regular professional development training to further develop your knowledge and skills.
What you bring
You are degree qualified (accounting and/or law are highly regarded) and have experience in the application of various taxation matters in a professional environment.
To enable you to assist the team to deliver commercial taxation advice to a range of clients, you are multi-disciplined with strong time management skills and can manage conflicting deadlines and interpret relevant legislation.
You are inquisitive, enjoy legal research and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
With a desire to develop a successful career in the Tax Advisory space, you are motivated to learn, be challenged, and mentored.
