Administration Officer

The Gippsland Health Service Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Administration Officerto join their team at 0.6EFT on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Executive Director Gippsland Health Service Partnershipthis role plays an important role insupporting the function of the Partnership on delivering key health reform for the region.

The Health Service Partnership (HSPs) model aims to help move the Victorian health system from competition to collaboration.

Gippsland Health Service Partnerships work on a small number of strategic system priorities that can be enhanced by working together, rather than in isolation or competition. These priorities consist of:

1. System-wide reform priorities for HSPs determined annually by the Victorian Department of Health.

2. Local priorities agreed by the Gippsland Health Service Partnership
The partnership is currently located within Latrobe Regional Health at Traralgon but will soon move to a new location in Church St Traralgon.

The successful applicant will have:

Demonstrated experience in a senior secretarial role

Advanced computer skills

IMPORTANT:All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of Vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
