Full Job Description
As a Payroll Support Specialist, you will join a super supportive team who provide terrific training so you can succeed to your best potential. You willprovide expert advice, assistance, technical support and training to Payroll clients (Small-to-Medium Businesses).
Ultimately, to sum up this role, you will assist clients and users with any troubleshooting queries and to make it even better, it is all inbound queries!
This is primarily a WFH position with a hybrid model whereby they would like you to work 1 day per week in the office.
Located in Richmond, close to the Train Station, Buses and along the Scenic Yarra River.

Key requirements about YOU:
Customer Centric and a Customer Service orientated individual.
Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service Industry.
Inbound Call Centre experience would be an advantage!
Knowledge of Payroll, Banking, Tax, Accounting would be an advantage but not a requirement!
Quick learner, IT savvy, reliable and sociable.
Self motivator but a team player.
Happy to work on a rotating roster (occasional weekend work)!
