We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our NSW team.

Your role will involve:

Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education
You being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required
You building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities, and will provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs

As the successful candidate, you will have:

A tertiary qualification, preferably within the faculty of Medicine, Health or Human Sciences.
In excess of 2 years direct sales experience of medical devices within NSW, as your local knowledge and network will be an invaluable contribution to this position.
Full working rights in Australia. (Sponsorship is not an option for this position.)
A previous track record of exceptional performance and promotion.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, your commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customers expectations
A drive to succeed combined with your love of the thrill of the chase will ensure your success in this role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills with an aptitude to mentor and coach across all levels of seniority is absolutely necessary.
