flexhive is your temporary staffing agency. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives/ Officers across WA for Tier 1 commercial clients, mainly for call and contact centres in the finance and commercial industry such as Bank, Insurance, Telco and More!
They are contract roles with different working hours and the possibility to extend.
Our Customer Service and Contact Centre positions:
10+ jobs available across Perth
Flexible temp contracts between a few days to ongoing
Temp to perm opportunities
Shifts between 4 to 8 hours a day
Hourly rate ranges between $29 to $35 + Super upon experience
Easy to fill timesheet and on-time payment
Duties and responsibilities
Customer Service roles are different every day, so there will never be a dull moment! You will be primarily phone-based and will deal with enquiries from existing customers following any issues through to completion.
The Customer Service Officer and Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Answer incoming calls and respond to email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
Display intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process/script
Build strong relationships with new and existing customer
Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries
Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives
Manage time and organise own workload against performance expectations
Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry and an efficient client engagement journey are met

The role demands professionalism, organisation, and a commercial attitude towards all levels of customers and staff:
Previous experience (ideally min. 12 months) in Customer Service
Experience in a high paced environment
Proficient/clear communication skills
Competent data entry skills
Proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Reliability, Adaptability and Punctuality
We are open to Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) for this role.
