Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our Y Bankstown Centre.
About the role
Customer Service Officers act as the first point of for our customers.porting to the Frontline Coordinator, the role will see you meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face as well as perform general administration tasks.
You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.he role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests.
The successful candidate will be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week on the below shifts.

You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction.ou thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving.our superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role!
