High level written and oral communication skills together with interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with senior staff and other key stakeholders both internal and external to resolve significant resource/financial issues and respond to complex customer enquiries.r>Ability to achieve deadlines, establish work priorities, and organising of daily functions pertinent to the role in an autonomous environment while being able to work as part of a team in order to manage workloads and issues in a rapidly changing environment.r>Demonstrated skills in accounts receivable functions of a large, complex and multidisciplinary organisation including end of month processes.r>Demonstrated ability, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge to fully utilise computerised debtor and patient information systems, high level excel spreadsheeting skills and word processing andsho w to apply these skills in the extraction and preparation of data for reporting purposes.bsp;

About your opportunity

To provide a highly customer focused coordination role aimed at developing, implementing and maintaining processes that provides an effective and efficient invoicing function for Townsville Hospital and Health Service ensuring that monies are accurately identified recorded and invoiced in a manner that satisfies reporting objectives and accounting requirements.bsp; Provide expert advice based on Queensland Health revenue policies and procedures and all other associated protocols and guidelines.p>

In addition, maintain required skills and knowledge to perform the duties of other equivalent position levels within the Revenue Control Team, Financial Accounting, Townsville Hospital and Health Service.p>
