Payroll Specialist- New Delhi

The Job

Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager in China, you will handle the full spectrum of Payroll and HR database maintenance for our New Delhi office.

Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

·Gathering information on new hires and exiting employees each month

·Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, using our HR system (SAP)

·Receiving approval from upper management for payments when required

·Handling any issues related to salaries and benefits. 

·Keeping up-to-date our organizational charts, headcount reports, and employee files, ensuring full HR compliance. 

·Oversee the necessary admin and formalities when bringing new employees on board, and when someone leaves our team.

The Candidate

It could be you, if you have:

- A Degree (Business Admin, HR…) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an HR function.

- Excellent command of English.

- Strong communication skills, proactive and can-do attitude.

- Good knowledge of the local laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits including salaries, insurance and individual income tax.
