Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination of various sales activities, export related documentation and all office back-end functions related to sales & business development
Preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports for sales, operations, production planning and keeping a track of activities on MS Office
Reviewing export related documents and follow up with logistics for all shipments To act as intermediary between Sales Department & Management
Performing as client servicing professional for catering to their queries.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Weekly updates on shipment, production, procurement, logistic etc. status from the factory and follow up.
Keeping a track of overall sales process (including coordination for export documents) and incoming payments
R & D
Business correspondence
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development/marketing
Qualification: BCom, MCom, MBA or any other degree related to marketing/sales/business development
Flexible and adaptable
Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
Client Relations & Interpersonal Relations
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Industry: FMCG/Food (Exports)/Manufacturing
