Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process supplier invoices by ensuring accuracy and approvals in place.
Review accounts payable aging and work closer to various stack holders
Generate AR invoices based on Sales Orders, Contracts and Project Plans.
Review accounts receivable aging for collection issues and works with Customers, Sales, and Project Management to resolve any issues.
Work with the Netsuite ERP system to enhance financial reports and resolve technical issues
Process monthly journal entries and prepare General Ledger account reconciliations.
Assist with external audits.

CA/ CMA candidate preferred but not required
Understanding of US GAAP
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems
Upto 4 years of experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management
Competencies to perform this job successfully an individual must be able to interact with clients in a clear and professional manner.
Able to work independently (with minimal supervision) to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Able to review documents in a highly detailed manner
Interest in Financial Systems (Netsuite, Salesforce)
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Dedicated team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Education and/or Experience master’s degree in accounting/Finance is required.

Language Skills - An individual must also have excellent communication in English both oral and written, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
