Program Analyst

Gainsight is looking to hire a highly motivated individual, who is eager to learn and grow in his/her career, into our PMO team as a Program Analyst.

As a member of the PMO team in Gainsight, the Program Analyst will -

Define and shape up a process that will help all engineering teams at Gainsight deliver with efficiency
Review issues faced by the engineering org and identify the best processes that can solve the problems
Review how efficient each process is and keep adjusting/improving
The process should include providing visibility and updates to executive team
The process should help us identify inefficiencies
Help teams execute on cross team projects by 
Understanding the project needs and creating a plan of execution
Sharing the plan with all the teammates to drive projects to completion (Presenting, recording the minutes of the meeting, tracking action items)

This role requires someone who can

Understand SDLC: Understand the Software Development Life Cycle, execution processes, roles of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA in each team
Identify Issues: Interact with all levels of personnel across various roles and teams to understand, empathize, and identify the challenges faced by them
Propose Solutions: Knowledge of various engineering practices and the operational challenges they solve and the ability to propose processes that would solve the identified challenges
Coordinate & Implement: Coordinate with multiple teams to implement processes, manage cross team dependencies, and to ensure quality product releases
Mitigate Risks: Manage issues and risks by creating a risk mitigation plans and escalating to appropriate stakeholders
Fit The Culture: Work in a fast pace environment independently and proactively
Job Location: Hyderabad
Ideal years of experience: 2-4 years

What we are looking for 

Project/Program Management experience in Enterprise SaaS Environment
2+ years experience in Agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP) required. (Having a Agile Scrum Master Certification is a plus)
Expert with tools like Microsoft Office (or Google sheets) and Jira (SQL experience a plus)
Experience with project management and release management processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
