Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Work in close co-operation with the Human Resource Business Partners and other CoE functions, ensure that large-scale change management projects are designed and solutioned with focus on organizational capability and performance
Implement organization wide OD/ diversity/ culture programs in partnership with business leaders
Support development of projects end-to-end either directly or through facilitation of external resources/ consultants. Ensure that systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in place
Use data to identify trends, patterns, issues and opportunities that impact the business. Gathers and analyses data to identify root causes of issues and trends
Ensures knowledge transfer of projects throughout HR, building up sustainability of defined processes across the organization
Basic understanding of contemporary talent management / organizational development concepts including Job evaluation / levelling, career pathing, organization design / structuring, staffing, EVP, competency frameworks, org culture, diversity and inclusion, etc
Proven implementation capability of projects and programs working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to conduct primary / secondary industry benchmarking of HR processes/ practices, and ability to interpret and analyse data
Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leadership roles and have tolerance to ambiguity
Experience and Qualification
3+ years of experience in corporate HR / HR consulting / HRBP role
Strong Collaboration & Team Skills
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Good presentation and facilitation skills
Strong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skills
