About the Team:

You will be part of the Global Solutions Team under Support unit whose mission is to maintain customer applications, successfully deliver enhancements, updates, and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our customers. The Support unit operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the Solutions Team in managing & organizing all the technical processes and manage timelines.
Help drive global improvement initiatives organized by Solutions team.
Work at a tactical level with different participants to ensure successful end to end deliverability of global performance initiatives.
Work towards managing a mini team of Implementations specialists eventually as the team grows.
Understand preliminary configuration of the Ivalua Buyer solution and work with other support teams to deliver advanced configurations and enhancements. 
Collaborate with other support teams to translate complex business requirements into system design.
Review the design of the application and challenge the complexity and scalability of the design.
Work closely with the Performance testing team to create a common testing infrastructure.
Collaborate with technical resources to define processes around data migration, integration, deployment and support.
Develop deep functional expertise in Ivalua Solution, maintain documentation, train his/her clients on the out of the box solution and drive the client towards best practices. 
Skills You Need to Succeed:
3+ years’ experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
Solid SQL experience is required
Manage client relationships, self-driven, result oriented, and exceptional communication skills required
Experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET and SQL Server is a big plus
Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement together with Project Management skills is a plus.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
