Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for resolving Client/Suppliers/Customers emails/tickets within agreed service levels.
• Responsible for handling inbound/inbound calls within agreed service levels
• Any other duties required or directed to deliver the business objective of the company. B.Com background.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Must have experience in email management and managing the inbound/outbound calls for international clients/suppliers/customers.
• Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in finance/accounting process in international work environment.Key Skills

UG:B.Com in Any Specialization
